Wardrobe Stories - Daisy Edgar Jones
WHAT’S YOUR WARDROBE STORY?
Normal People turned British actor Daisy Edgar-Jones into as critically acclaimed star overnight, securing Critics Choice, Golden Globe and TV BAFTA nominations. The last two years since the Sally Rooney adaptation burst onto our screens have been a tricky time to make a breakthrough in acting - no premieres, red carpets and very few IRL interviews – yet London-based Edgar-Jones hasn’t stopped, first filming dark comic horror ‘Fresh’ in Vancouver then on to Louisiana for the lead role in Where the Crawdads Sing. More recently, Daisy returned to Canada for mini-series Under the Banner of Heaven in which she stars alongside Andrew Garfield.Â
Despite the lack of public appearances, the 23-year-old has become known for her gamine style – her Zoom interviews and Instagram Lives have seen her in an array of mohair knits, floral mini dresses and oversized collars. So, we were excited to delve into her wardrobe and hear about the pieces that she loves the most, from fuss-free silk dresses to the perfect twisted trench. For Daisy, it’s about spending less and only investing in items that pack the most punch.Â
